Cancellation & credit policy
Confirmed bookings are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, payments may be converted to a credit valid for 12 months, subject to the booking terms. Please confirm the conditions for your reservation before payment.

Frequently asked questions
Can I choose the length of my stay?
Yes. You can select between one and twelve weeks. Please contact us about other durations.
Can I change my refugee camp volunteering frequency?
You can request an upgrade from Basic to Plus or Intensive. Additional fees are calculated for the remaining weeks, subject to schedule availability.
Can I use university funding?
Participants may use external or university funding. We can provide program documentation to support an application, but we do not provide funding ourselves.
How do I pay?
Once your application is confirmed, you will receive an invoice and payment instructions. See payment options.
